Bio
With both professional and personal lived experience with disability, I’ve spent over a decade working in people centred roles within corporate and clinical settings. My “why” has always been about trying to make the world a better, kinder and more inclusive place where we celebrate imperfect perfection.
As a Mama to ✌️ little dudes living with disabilities, it became my mission to change the world so that my boys felt like they belonged - rather than the world changing my boys.
My journey started, and continues to be, about conversations. About connection. About asking questions. About staying curious. About leaning in. About being vulnerable. About being courageous.
Now? I’m a proudly neurodivergent Senior Change Practitioner, with a specialisation in neuro-inclusion, closely followed by culture change, who works with organisations to create safe spaces where we can all thrive.
I view, experience, and process the world around me very differently. But that’s the point, right?
The way my brain works. The way I feel the world. My differences are my strengths.
When I'm not girl bossing? You'll catch me sipping on a soy caramel latte, eating any and all forms of cheese, and loving out loud, whilst in my other roles as Chief Snack Giver, Wrestling Referee, and Trampoline Judge (whilst moonlighting as a Board Member, Guest Speaker and Founder!)
